Vance, who is often cast as a “man of the people,” might shy away from expensive salons, but as the stylists pointed out, you don’t need to spend a fortune to get a good haircut just a skilled barber. The speculation is that Vance either attempted to trim his own hair (or perhaps enlisted an aide to help, possibly on a campaign bus in motion) or simply picked a barber without checking their previous work. But the trouble didn’t stop with the cut itself. According to the anonymous barber, Vance’s lack of hair product made things even worse. “I don’t see signs of product at all.
